PU/ polyurethane modular mesh screen panel 

Modular mesh screen is used for dewatering for vibrating sieve mining machinery parts.

Polyurethane dewatering screen has light weight, high mechanical strength, heat insulation, noise reduction, corrosion resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, excellent wear resistance, good resilience and anti blinding. As the molecular binding polarity is small, it is not easy to adhere to the wet material and accumulates, and the installation is convenient and the service life is long. The main functions are dewatering, desliming, de-intermediation, and can be used for sand washing in sand and gravel plant, coal sludge recovery in coal preparation plant, dry discharge of tailings in ore dressing, etc., so it is also called sand and stone dewatering screen, mining dewatering screen, Mud dewatering screen, tailings dewatering screen, etc.
