Environmental Protection PU Binder for Paving in Site

Composition

This product is performed polymer based on polyol and MDI, which is colorless or light yellow viscous liquid.

Application 

It applies to running tracks and EPDM playground etc.

Characteristics

The process is simple, which is suit for curing in common temperature (eg. paving in site). It has good adhesive forces with rubber granules. The wares produced by this product have high resilience, gas permeability and other physical mechanical properties. It also has environmental protection, non-toxicity, nothing stimulating odor and other advantages. 

Usage Method

According to the ratio to use, after sufficiently blending, then paving .

Packing & Storage

200Kg galvanization iron drum.

Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilative place. 

Keep out of the direct sunlight.Keep away from heat source and water source. 

This product easily absorbs moisture and goes bad. If you can’t use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then sealing it. The storage time of original packing is 1 year.  

Environmental Protection Adhesive for Rubber Tiles

Binder B

Composition

This product is polyurethane prepolymer which based on polyether polyols and MDI 

Application

It applies to make rubber tiles, which is used for paving kindergartens, excise yards and gyms etc.

Characteristics

This product has good adhesive forces with rubber granules. The rubber tiles produced by this binder have high resilience, gas permeability and excellent physical mechanical property. No stimulating odor during the process of using, which belongs to environmental protection products.

Usage Method

According to the ratio of the following table to use, after sufficiently blending, then makes moulding wares.

Packing & Storage

200KG or 20KG iron drum. . 

Store in a cool & dry and ventilated place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep away from heat and water sources. This product easily absorbs moisture and goes bad. If you can’t use it up at a time, fill nitrogen gas and then seal it.  The storage time of original packing is 6 months.
